We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our core goal is to ensure your clothing items arrive safely, intact and in perfect wearable condition. This shipping policy outlines detailed rules regarding order processing, shipping delivery, tracking, after-sales issues and related notes for all orders placed on our platform.



1.Order Processing Time
All valid customer orders will be picked, packed and processed within 1 to 3 working days after successful order confirmation and payment verification. Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays in New Zealand are excluded from processing days, and no order processing will be conducted on non-working days.
During peak shopping seasons, promotional events or order surge periods, order processing duration may be slightly prolonged due to excessive order volume. In the event of obvious order delays that exceed the normal processing cycle, our customer service team will take the initiative to notify registered customers via email of the updated processing progress and estimated shipping time.

2.Shipping Fees & Delivery Timeline
All shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on the product quantity, total weight, packaging volume and customer’s delivery destination. The final accurate shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment, with no hidden charges.
We currently provide standard international shipping services for all clothing orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 15 working days after order dispatch. Please note that all delivery times are reference values only. Actual delivery periods may be affected by multiple uncontrollable factors, including logistics carrier delays, local customs clearance progress, extreme weather conditions, regional logistics restrictions and statutory holidays of the destination country or region.

3.Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is fully processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email sent to your reserved email address. The email will include your order number, shipment confirmation certificate and exclusive tracking number for your package.
Logistics tracking information is not real-time updated immediately after shipment. Normally, tracking details, including package transit status and location updates, will be activated and available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up by the logistics carrier. If you cannot query tracking information beyond the above time limit, please contact our customer service for assistance in a timely manner.

4.Incorrect Shipping Address Liability Statement
Customers shall bear full responsibility for filling in accurate, complete and valid shipping address, recipient name and contact phone number during the checkout process. Please carefully verify all delivery information before submitting and paying for your order to avoid delivery errors.
FIAALII ASIATA shall not be held responsible for undelivered packages, wrong delivery or package loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, customer negligence or failed delivery, customers need to bear the corresponding return freight and additional reshipping fees if they require re-delivery of the goods.

5.Lost & Damaged Package Handling Rules
Package Loss Handling
If your package is confirmed lost during logistics transit or fails to be delivered far beyond the estimated delivery date, please submit a loss inspection application to our customer service team within 7 calendar days after the latest estimated delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics carrier to verify the package status, and provide solutions such as re-delivery or refund after confirming the loss situation.
Damaged & Defective Goods Handling
If you receive damaged, worn or defective clothing products due to logistics transportation extrusion, collision or improper handling, please contact our support team within 48 hours after signing for the package. You need to provide clear original photos or short videos of the damaged products and complete outer packaging (including express packaging bags, cartons and labels). Our team will review your appeal within 2 working days and provide targeted after-sales solutions.

6.Apparel Maintenance & Usage Disclaimer
Each of our clothing product is attached with professional washing, maintenance and usage care instructions.
